Even if you lose a Flora diamond, including the center, we will replace it up to $10,000. Each time you have your jewelry cleaned and inspected, your warranty will cover you for a full 6 months. No questions, no red tape, no kidding. It's just that easy.

If you need additional time to pay before you are ready to get down on one knee, Flora Gems is here to help. At Flora Gems, we'll set your ring aside, with your name on it, giving you 6 months to pay. Your diamond and ring price will be locked in.
- A 10% deposit of the purchase price is required for layaway
- Full payment within 180 days is required
- A minimum of 10% of the purchase price is due monthly
- Refunds after 60 days are not allowed
- If the above policies are not met, the layaway will be cancelled and all funds converted to in store credit
You will receive a complimentary appraisal with your purchase. You can utilize this document to find insurance for your jewelry in the event of loss or theft.
We will provide FREE insurance replacement documentation for the life of your ring.
We suggest that you have your appraisal updated every 5 years.

All in-stock jewelry purchases have a 60-day return or exchange policy from the original date of purchase. Refunds are issued in accordance with the original method of payment.

At any time, you may trade in your natural center diamond for a diamond of greater value and receive 100% of your original diamond's purchase price in trade. See Trade-Ins above.

How do I refer a friend?
Ask for a referral card from your Flora Gems professional. Just fill out the card and give to a friend to present at the time of their purchase.
How do I redeem my referral gift card?

How long do repairs take?
Please allow up to one (1) week for repairs. Our goal is to return all repairs in 3 working days.
Are my repairs done in-house?
Yes, Flora Gems has on-site jewelry repair technicians to service your jewelry in our store.
My white gold ring is looking yellow, what do I do?
All white gold jewelry is rhodium plated, which gives white gold it’s pure white surface color. Due to normal wear, this plating can wear off. Simply bring in your ring to have this coating restored. We suggest having this done no more than once per year to prevent your jewelry from wearing down due to excessive polishing.
If I live out of town, how do I send my jewelry in for repair and to maintain my Rock Solid Diamond Warranty?
Please contact Flora Gems in advance before shipping your jewelry. Upon arrival and inspection, we will contact you with a report on your rings condition. Return postage is complimentary.
