We have many options in rings and diamonds that are available for immediate pickup or within a few days. If we place a custom order on a ring, production typically takes 3-4 weeks.
We do our best to estimate, so we are sure the ring will go on. If the ring is not the correct size, our on-site jewelers will size your ring as quickly as possible.
We love custom design! We will work together to gather all your ideas, create a CAD design, and present a wax model of the ring before we proceed with the final steps. You’ll be involved throughout the entire journey, from start to finish.
We have jewelry repair shops in both stores, with full time bench-jewelers in house. Our talented jewelers are masters of their craft and work exclusively on our repairs.
We have on-site jewelers in both locations and complete 99% of work in house. On occasion, we will transfer jewelry between stores to offer you the best service. If your item will need to leave our store, we will inform you at drop off.
Flora Gems Rock Solid Diamond Warranty is no additional charge. That’s right, a free warranty where all the maintenance is free for the lifetime of the ring.
Yes, we ask you to bring the ring in for inspection every 6 months. It is easier to identify and fix any issues if we see it often. If you do not have your ring checked, the diamond replacement portion of the warranty becomes inactive until we inspect the ring again. At that time, the limited warranty will be renewed for 6 months.
Returns and exchanges will be honored within 60 days of purchase. Refunds are issued in accordance with the original payment method. Special orders and altered items are not returnable or exchangeable. Special orders defined as any non-inventory item, custom made item, or altered item.

Custom design can be as quick as a few weeks! Depending on the number of design changes we make, our designers can manufacture a piece of jewelry very quickly.
We can use inspiration from many places, including our in stock jewelry. We will create an idea with your favorite pieces and inspiration photos, and design something completely custom to you!
Custom design is a one of a kind piece. We typically find that for similar quality, carat weight, and style, custom design is relatively similar in price to comparable finished pieces.
With the use of 3D images and video, and a wax model to try on to confirm physical size, we can imagine the finished product before we order the piece.
