Watch repair takes special care. We handle battery replacement and bracelet adjustments in store.
All other watch services and repairs are sent to our watch repair partner. Watch repairs are typically pre-approved up to a certain repair cost prior to shipping. If your repair is under the pre-approved amount, we will proceed with the repair automatically. Any repair in excess of the pre-approved amount will be discussed with you before proceed.

As an Official Rolex Jeweler, we can facilitate servicing your Rolex by working with an Authorized Service Center for repairs. All watches will be returned with a two-year service guarantee.
