If you lose a Flora Gem's diamond, including the center, we will replace it up to $10,000. Each time you have your jewelry cleaned and inspected, your warranty will cover you for a full 6 months.
You will receive a complimentary appraisal with your purchase. You can utilize this document to find insurance for your jewelry in the event of loss or theft.
We also offer in house appraisal services for items not purchased in our store.

All in-stock jewelry purchases have a 60-day return or exchange policy from the original date of purchase. Refunds are issued in accordance with the original method of payment.
Special order and altered items are not returnable or exchangeable. Special order items include any stock item custom made or altered at customer's request (i.e. sizing).
